Croatia are missing 3 of their main strikers Manzukic, Jelavic and Eduardo. I am expecting a very tight game with Portugal having enough to win this more than likely to nil as Croatia are without a lot of their fire power up top. Portugal if Ronaldo does play especially, will look to capitalise on Croatia's slow defence especially at the centre of their defence. Portugal have not been playing well this year however a win against Russia is sure to boost their confidence. Croatia coming off a 1-0 defeat at home to Scotland will be low on confidence. All in all expecting a comfortable low scoring affair win for Portugal.
Croatia vs. Portugal - 10 June 2013 LIVEFEED ONLINE International Friendly
The Croatians are coming off a hugely disappointing 1-0 loss to Scotland in World Cup qualifying that put Belgium in the driver's seat to win Group A, so a good performance to erase that failure is a must for the side.
Meanwhile, Portugal will be looking to build on its momentum from a 1-0 victory over Russia, which has at least temporarily given the side the lead in Group F (though by just two points and with Russia holding two games in hand).
With plenty of talent on both sides, this should be an entertaining match if nothing else. Let's break down this European friendly.
